We have installed a Nelipak blister pack machine in our cleanroom facility. In addition to continual expansion of our electrospinning expertise with different raw materials, we are also increasing our post-processing capabilities. The post-spinning treatment of an electrospun membrane is critical for its use as a medical device or medical device component.
Our post-processing capabilities include:
- Vacuum drying and removal of residual solvent
- Thermal annealing
- Solution dispensing
- Die-cutting and laser machining
- Sonic welding
- Packaging and Labeling
