Matt Eckl, Board Member
Matt has held several finance, strategy, and corporate development positions of increasing responsibility over the last 20 years. Matt is currently the CFO at Confluent Medical Technologies (private equity owned by TPG), serving since October 2022. Previous to Confluent, Matt was the Chief Financial Officer for CECO Environmental (NASDAQ: CECO) from 2017 to 2022, a leader in the air pollution and water treatment industry. Prior to CECO, Matt spent 5 years as the Group CFO – Energy Group at Gardner Denver, Inc., a global pumps manufacturer (private equity owned by KKR & Co). From 2002 to 2012, Matt served various positions including Information Technology, Six Sigma Quality, Internal Audit, FP&A, and Finance Director across several Industrial, Power and Healthcare business units at General Electric (NYSE: GE). Matt graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University – Behrend Campus, Black Belt Six Sigma certified, and certified member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).
